RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY

  • We do not refund sale items.  Sale items may only be exchanged.
  • We do not refund original shipping fees.
  • We must receive your items in original condition with all labels and swing tags attached.
  • Lingerie must be unworn and must not be damaged in any way.
  • We don’t offer refunds on machine washed items.  Delicate lingerie pieces need to be laundered and machine washing will damage the delicate fabrics, laces and trims.  We can only refund or exchange a faulty item subject to their complying with the care instructions provided.e

After Top Drawer has received and confirmed that your item meets our Returns and Exchange Policy we’ll send you an email to notify you that your refund or exchange has been processed.

SALE ITEMS

Please note we do not refund sale items.  We can offer an exchange or provide you with an in-store credit for sale purchases.

FAULTY ITEMS

In the unlikely event that an item you purchase from Top Drawer is faulty, we will happily replace it for you.  If the item is not available we will gladly exchange it for something else or provide you with a refund.  You will need to email us at orders@topdrawerlingerie.com.au to notify us of the problem and receive an authorisation to return it.

Once we have received your item we will inspect it to ensure it is deemed faulty. We’ll then send you an email to notify you that your refund or exchange has been processed.

Please note, if the faulty item is part of a set you have purchased, unfortunately we cannot offer an exchange or refund on the other items in the set unless they are unworn and in original condition.

HOW TO RETURN/EXCHANGE

  1. Request your return authorisation number by emailing orders@topdrawerlingerie.com.au within 7 days of receiving your order.  This will allow time to ensure we receive the authorised return within 14 days of purchase.  No refunds or exchanges will be accepted after this period.  
  2. Please include in email your order number, and which item(s) you would like to exchange/refund.
  3. Once your refund/exchange has been approved we will send you an email with your return authorisation number.
  4. Complete the returns & exchange form (click here to download a copyand send to the below address with the returned item/s within 14 days of purchase.
  5. For exchanges you will need to post the lingerie back to us and include a self-addressed return post bag.  You may exchange your garment for any item of your choice (subject to availability).

Once we have received your return, we will notify you by email and process your refund/exchange within 3 business days (please allow up to 10 business days for your refund to show in your account).

Refunds will be made to the original purchaser’s credit card or PayPal account.  Return shipping must be prepaid via traceable method (we recommend Australia Post pre-paid satchels for Australian orders and registered post for international orders) to ensure safe and documented delivery.   We cannot accept responsibility for any returns that are lost or damaged in transit.
